I started with acting as a student in university in Slovakia. I did an audition for a musical and I was chosen for the main female role. We did the performance for a couple of years and I loved it. Acting led to modeling - something I never thought I would do. But I enjoyed it ever since I tried it. I guess it is because, to me, modeling is similar to acting. It is just that in modeling you have to sum up the whole story in one or may be a few shots. In every project I get to be a different character. Something that originates in me and is brought into life by the photographer. Or something that is inside of the photographer and I am giving it a form. Photography is definitely a creative process and being a part of it is fun. I like the artistic aspect of photography. When a photographer as an artist chooses me to represent his visions I always feel honored. Being part of art makes me feel like art itself - beauty and timelessness that gives me a certain strength and importance.

I have a passion for life and I believe that is reflected in my pictures - well I hope it is. I love dancing and music (I dance flamenco and Slovak ethnic dance). I am crazy about reading (I read at least 3 books at the same time - all very different). One of the things I enjoy the most is writing. At the moment I am working on a novel and short stories. I can never give up studying because I am always greedy for knowledge (right now I am working on my PhD and going to drama school). One of my biggest pleasures is eating (I love good food and I can get seriously bitchy when I am hungry). I can’t imagine living without art (I love to be surrounded by art, I like to go to galleries, exhibitions and antique shops, especially to look for some art deco pieces). The most natural environment for me is nature itself, whether it is water or the forest (I was born and raised in a little village in the middle of Slovakia and I really miss the tranquility of our forest and lakes now that I live in London). I am really interested in different cultures and traditions. I have a Masters in Ethnology and it was always fascinating for me to travel and dive into different cultures of diverse people. Well, London is a great place to be from this perspective as it is so multicultural and multiethnic, however I still crave for traveling and do it whenever I can. I could write a novel about everything I like and I am interested in but if I should sum it all up and label it with one title that would definitely be “Life”.
